Assistant Factory Manager

Overview

Our client is an established manufacturing of household and hygiene products. They are looking for Factory Manager to execute direction, strategy and delivery of the manufacturing activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the factory, including production (processing & packaging), QA / QC and engineering
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity using OEE and other best practice measurements
• Coordinate production activities with other functional groups such as finance, sales, marketing and others
• Forecast operating costs for the department and direct preparation of budget requests
• Manage approved budgets with a focus on controlling cost, reducing waste and eliminating inefficiencies
• Ensure all manufactured products comply with regulatory standards, prescribed Process Descriptions and the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Establish and adhere to a production plan and schedule, ensuring OPEX and CAPEX remain within the yearly budget
