Job descriptionMin 8+ years of sales / business development work experience in the Travel, FMCG, or any industry . Passionate in building new business, sales & tourism industry Ability to analyze data and trends. Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking). If candidate has prior experience in selling outbound destinations or HAJ / UMRAH packages- this would be ideal Good knowledge of destinations, agents, and hotels in the region. This role is open for Malaysian Only This is a remote role- may need to travel within Malaysia for business purpose May required to travel to HQ - India / Dubai once a year

We are representing one of the world's leading B2B Travel Provider who is expanding their business to Malaysia. Inline with their expansion plan, they are seeking for a Country Manager who is passionate in sales and keen to explore into tourism industry
Job Description
- The Country Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market for (B2B travel platform) within Malaysia.
- This role includes developing a sales strategy, building a strong agent base, and recruiting and leading a high-performing sales team within the country.
- Kickstart the B2B sales for the Malaysia market, starting with Kuala Lumpur, and then expanding to the entire country.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow the agent base and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Drive market penetration and enhance brand visibility in the country.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
