production&team supervisor

We are looking for a Production & Team Supervisor to lead our factory operations in Tangkak. The role involves supervising operators, monitoring attendance and payroll records, planning production schedules, and ensuring smooth factory workflow. The supervisor will also support machinery operations and preventive maintenance, ensuring production meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• 1.1 Team Leadership
• Lead and supervise, provide technical guidance for factory operators.
• Monitor attendance of all workers, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for payroll calculation (including overtime and allowances).
• Assist management with daily tasks, reports, and special assignments related to factory operations and production.
• Act as the main contact person between workers and management for communication, instructions, and issue resolution.

And timely inform missing items or tools or spare parts, etc.
