Penerangan pekerjaanReceive and review all new orders; plan production schedules together with other team leaders according to lead times. Control stock and inventory to be sufficient for the production plan. Build weekly production plans based on incoming orders schedules together with other team leaders. Monitor production quality and ensure products meet required standards. Keep and analyze incoming orders to maintain smooth workflow across other teams. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of all factory machinery and technical systems together with the Machine Technician Leader. Ensure machines operate at optimal performance with minimal downtime. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. Oversee and control the production of planer blades according to schedule and manufacturing standards. Troubleshoot and resolve production-related technical issues. Develop operation guidance for all machines in use. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all factory equipment. Ensure timely servicing of machinery to avoid unexpected breakdowns. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification. Experience in production supervision or factory operations. Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills. Knowledge of production planning and machinery maintenance. Proactive and responsible, able to work independently.
We are looking for a Production & Team Supervisor to lead our factory operations in Tangkak. The role involves supervising operators, monitoring attendance and payroll records, planning production schedules, and ensuring smooth factory workflow. The supervisor will also support machinery operations and preventive maintenance, ensuring production meets quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- 1.1 Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise, provide technical guidance for factory operators.
- Monitor attendance of all workers, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for payroll calculation (including overtime and allowances).
- Assist management with daily tasks, reports, and special assignments related to factory operations and production.
- Act as the main contact person between workers and management for communication, instructions, and issue resolution.

And timely inform missing items or tools or spare parts, etc.
