Job descriptionManage and optimize company LinkedIn page to increase follower engagement and lead generation Create and publish thought leadership content targeting HR professionals and business owners Develop LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate qualified leads Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers and potential clients Monitor LinkedIn analytics and adjust strategy based on performance data Engage with relevant industry groups and discussions to increase brand visibility Research, write, and publish high-quality blog posts (2-3 per week) on payroll, HR, and business topics Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings Develop content calendars that align with product launches, industry events, and seasonal trends Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance Optimize existing content for better search engine performance Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Monitor campaign performance, optimize for better ROI, and provide detailed reporting Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages Research and identify new advertising opportunities and platforms Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels Prepare comprehensive monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in marketing strategies Present findings to senior management and suggest data-driven optimizations Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints Support product launches with targeted marketing campaigns Collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals Participate in industry events and webinars as a brand representative Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy decisions Stay updated over the payroll norms as per the government rules and regulaions Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or fintech industry Proven track record of managing successful social media accounts and advertising campaigns Proficiency in social media management tools Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strong knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing best practices Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus Basic understanding of HTML / CSS for email marketing and landing page optimization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation abilities Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of B2B marketing principles and lead generation strategies Knowledge of payroll, HR, or business software industry is preferred Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Professional development opportunities. Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at PayrollNinja. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in the fast-paced payroll / HR tech space and has a passion for building brand awareness through digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving lead generation through various digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create, curate, schedule engaging content, develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok)
- Monitor social media metrics and engagement, providing weekly / monthly performance reports
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Stay current with social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance
- Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing social media assets
