Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or related. Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing (property industry is a plus!). Good sales sense + creative eye for visuals. Skilled in Canva, Photoshop & basic video editing. Independent, idea-driven & ready to take ownership. Overview
We’re searching for a creative and sales-driven Digital Marketer who can attract the right buyers through impactful campaigns. You’ll combine marketing know-how with design sense to generate quality leads for our sales team. If you’re fluent in Mandarin, results-oriented, and want to grow with a high-energy property agency, this is your chance.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute online campaigns (Meta, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Google Ads) to drive property sales leads.
- Create engaging social media content—posts, banners, and videos—using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Monitor ad performance, analyse data, and optimise for higher conversions.
- Pass leads to the sales team within 1 day and support their closing efforts.
- Visit project sites for content creation and market research if needed.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to support promotions, events, and campaigns.
