IT System Support

Candidate must possess a Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Networking / IT or equivalent.

Strong communication skill among team members and with customers.

Strong attention to details and excellent analytical capabilities.

Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting mindset.

Advantage if familiar with web server, mail server, DNS, database server, firewall, server backup and any other roles a server can perform.

Advantage to candidates with knowledge in Linux and Windows Server operating system.

Good academy result and good conduct needed.

Function

Provide support to customers that are using our internet hosting services.

Maintain the health of our web, mail and other services.

Maintain the health of our physical servers located in the data center.

Protect our services and infrastructures from external threats.

Setup and deliver new IT solutions based on its specific needs.

Research and develop or setup and implement new IT solutions to solve real world problems.

Technologies in-use includes Windows Server, Linux CentOS, mail sever, IIS web server, Apache web server, DNS server, firewall, anti-spam, anti-brute force, antivirus and many more.
