Job description

Assist lawyers in managing intellectual property matters, including trademark filings, renewals, and record‑keeping.

Coordinate with local and foreign trademark agents and authorities for registration and maintenance of IP rights.

Prepare, organise, and update physical files related to trademarks and other IP rights.

Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate records of trademark portfolios.

Provide general administrative and paralegal support to the IP team.
