Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the go-to partner for recruitment and talent initiatives, covering the full spectrum : recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and internal mobility for our Service Operations & Customer Experience teams. To be successful, you should enjoy challenges and be comfortable closing tough roles with very tough requirements.
What you will do
- Design recruitment strategies and work with hiring managers to attract diverse candidates with the right skills and capabilities for current vacant positions
- Manage your own pipeline and ensure targets and timelines are met for both volume and niche hires
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business, hiring manager needs and specific talent pools
- Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, and proactively build / maintain talent pools
- Partner with hiring managers and functional heads, providing high quality, usable insights to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
- Manage all internal and external recruitment activities including internal mobility
- Cover end-to-end recruitment processes including contractual agreements, local legislation for expat hiring, onboarding, document collection, and employer branding initiatives
- Manage, update and maintain the ATS system, including maintaining, cleaning, and ensuring all job ads meet company standards and protect our brand
- Provide general training and direction related to talent acquisition processes or systems for HR professionals and hiring managers
- Proactively develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence and industry practices
- Collaborate with senior management across borders and within the internal matrix
Qualifications
Degree holder in any relevant disciplineMinimum of 6 years in Talent Acquisition with proven success in both niche hiring (e.g., senior / technical / Data) and volume hiring (e.g., contact centers)Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup / tech environments preferredSkilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing toolsStrong relationship-building and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholdersFluency in English and strong communication skillsExperience using various interviewing methods and assessment toolsExperience in cross-border hiring – APAC, European, Turkey markets (foodpanda, foodora, Yemeksepeti)Additional Information
