Head of Digital Strategy & E-Commerce

Overview

The Head of Digital Strategy & E-Commerce will lead our digital marketing efforts and drive ecommerce growth for our clients. As the Head of Digital Strategy & E-Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and drive measurable results. You will also oversee our e-commerce initiatives, working closely with clients to optimize their online sales channels and enhance their digital presence.

Responsibilities

• P&L Management : Oversee the ecommerce budget to ensure the team has the appropriate structure and resources to meet client expectations while maintaining profitability.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Growth products / ecommerce solutions : Identify and develop innovative ecommerce solutions and growth products to drive revenue. This includes staying current with industry trends, leveraging new technologies, and collaborating with internal teams to bring new offerings to market.
• Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives, including but not limited to brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead the development of comprehensive e-commerce strategies for clients, focusing on website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX) enhancements, and digital advertising.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth

and stay ahead of industry trends.
