Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated junior Account Executive cum Admin to provide solid groundwork support in both accounting and office administration. Ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience, this role offers hands‑on exposure and mentorship in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
  • Manage payment vouchers, staff claims, and petty cash.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and month‑end closing documentation.
  • Maintain accounts receivable records; follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Oversee general office administration : filing, correspondence, and supplies.
  • Support staff records management : leave, attendance, HR documentation.
  • Help coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and ad‑hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Fresh graduates or 1–2 years' experience encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Comfortable with MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and multitask‑friendly.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
