Digital - Front End, Marketing Specialist

Salary Range MYR 3,000 - 3,999

Job Description

Taking ownership of our group's digital marketing strategy.

Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Supporting internal stakeholders on marketing activity (such as webinars) and providing recommendations on how to increase the effectiveness.

Utilizing a broad mix of digital marketing / campaign tactics to drive measurable engagement and revenue growth.

Reporting regularly on program performance, building dashboards that track performance.

Consistently testing, iterating, and optimizing marketing programs with the goal of improving performance and informing the development of future initiatives.

Developing targeted programs and campaigns that help commercial teams move prospects and customers from demand to lead to sales opportunities.

Aligning with teams across the group to organize campaigns at the country level and achieve shared business outcomes.

Proposing suitable improvements to enhance / optimize our digital presence.

Ensuring group digital content is consistently up to date.

Creating a knowledge base to educate stakeholders on the resources available and the various procedures to obtain support from the digital team.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Track record of launching successful marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs.

Strong content marketing & SEM experience at both the strategic and tactical level.

Ability to translate customer insights into marketing activities that achieve tangible results.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative business insights about various digital marketing programs for customer engagement and sales growth.

BA / BS in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Administration, or related degree is a plus.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle diverse instances and work under strict timelines in collaboration with the cross-functional matrix organization.

Strong written and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 – specifically, PowerPoint, Excel & project management skills.

A team player with a can-do attitude with the ability to work proactively and independently.

Acts with urgency, seeks new ideas, and is always able to suggest alternatives when faced with obstacles.

Ability to work well under pressure and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrates strong personal ethics and a sense of purpose.

Willingness to learn and explore new trends and technology.
