Accounts Payable Executive

Full‑time, on‑site role in Kuala Lumpur. Responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payment of invoices. Includes verifying transaction details, preparing payment batches, and assisting with month‑end closing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial record‑keeping
• Fresh graduates may also be considered
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
