Job Description
- Process payments and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) controls.
- Handle daily accounting entries.
- Reconcile bank accounts, process supplier invoices, and assist in preparing analysis reports.
- Manage the month-end closing process to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain proper filing and financial records, follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely resolution, and perform other ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as needed.
- Other ad-hoc accounting and finance jobs.
Requirements
