Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our hospitality sales team. This role is pivotal in driving and achieving budgeted revenues, fostering long-term client relationships, and leading the sales team to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key corporate and leisure accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Drive room sales growth by designing and promoting tailored packages for corporate and leisure markets, including long-term guest solutions.
• Build and sustain a loyal client base for room sales, banquets, and meetings.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet individual and group revenue goals.
• Conduct sales blitzes and execute strategic plans to penetrate target markets.
• Provide actionable marketing intelligence to refine the department's strategies.
• Showcase hotel facilities and services through well-organized client inspections.
• Formulate and execute marketing strategies to boost visibility and drive bookings.
• Represent the Director of Sales when required and take on special projects as assigned.
• Maintain exceptional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
