Responsibilities :
- Analyze and build relationships with new clients and business partners e.g. government agencies, NGO's, insurance, and finance operations, etc.
- Conduct market intelligence and identify region's opportunities and differentiators in relation to the competition, to cater for potential growth in revenue and profits.
- Identify and create offensive and defensive strategies and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales revenue, as well as retaining and expanding our customer base.
- Anticipate the needs and requirements of sales outlets to achieve set targets and in line with company strategies.
- Develop the Assistant State Manager | Executive and Sales Managers competencies and harness their talents, by inculcating company's core and leadership competencies for them to be achievement oriented.
Inculcate a customer service mindset and compliance with company's policies and SOPs to all staff under the State Manager's span of control.
What We're Looking For :
At least 10 years of sales / business development experience in the automotive industry.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or other relevant field.Proven track record in overseeing daily sales activities, plans and business goals development.
