Requirements
- At least 1 years working experience in related field
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Language required : English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to communicate with English averagely

Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, labelling, scanning, faxing and copyingPerform basic data entryPrepare customer quotation with accurate pricing and productPrepare and update purchase order, delivery note, sales invoicesMaintaining reports and information required by the management as and when necessaryAssist in resolving any administrative problemsAnswer calls from customers regarding their inquiriesFollow up customer collection when necessaryPrepare and modify documents or promotional materials including stickers, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emailsMaintaining proper records of documentsHandle sensitive information in a confidential mannerMaintain office supplies for departmentBenefits
