Company Background

We are assisting our client, a leading E&M group of companies in the Asia Pacific region, in hiring for the role of Aftersales Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities :

Lead and support aftersales service operations for HVAC systems in data centers environments.
Build and develop the aftersales service team, ensuring strong technical capabilities and efficient workflows.
Provide technical support, training, and guidance to customers and service teams.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
Be on-call to respond to urgent customer needs and emergency system failures.
Work closely with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize system performance.
Manage and improve service documentation, reports, and warranty claims

Job Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering

Min 3 years of experience working with Danfoss Turbocor oil-free compressors and software tool.

Hands-on experience in HVAC aftersales, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Strong background in data center cooling environments

Knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, and related HVAC components.

Ability to analyze system performance and optimize efficiency.

On-call availability to respond to emergency service requests.

Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.

Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Job Details :

Permanent employment

Working days / hours : Mon - Fri : 9.00am - 6 : 00pm
