Requirements
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain accurate records efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative tools.

Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copyingPerform data entry Assist in resolving any administrative problemsAnswer calls from customers regarding their inquiriesPrepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emailsSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangementsBenefits
