Tender Admin Processor

Able to attend tender briefings or prepare documents.

To assist in participating Government & private tenders Manually, E-perolehan, Tender Wizard ,Tender Direct, (knowledge in this field is an added advantage)

Review and analyze tender documents and requirements.

Prepare, compile, and submit tender proposals in a timely manner.

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments for tender clarification and updates.

Ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines in all submissions.

Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and procurement processes.

Manage tender timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field.

Requires skills (s) : MS Office basic accounts, System E-perolehan.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & pdf document ).

Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related fields required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
