Job descriptionMembantu dalam penyediaan dokumen dan menyediakan susunan untuk menghantar dokumen-dokumen ini kepada pelanggan (terutamanya organisasi kerajaan) dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan. Memastikan dokumen tawaran sebutharga diformatkan, dikumpulkan, dan disampaikan secara tertib. Memantau tawaran sebutharga sepanjang proses, memberikan laporan status seperti yang diperlukan. Mengendalikan "sales enquiries", memproses pesanan, dan bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan jualan untuk menyediakan maklumat seperti ketersediaan stok, harga, dan tarikh penghantaran. Mengemaskini pangkalan data pelanggan dan mengekalkan rekod. Melaksanakan tugas‑tugas pentadbiran dan tugas‑tugas ad hoc yang diperlukan oleh Syarikat.
Kelayakan :
- Graduan baharu yang inginkan cabaran digalakkan untuk memohon.
- Mahir dalam kemahiran komputer terutama dalam penggunaan perisian MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, dan PowerPoint).
- Kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang kukuh, sama ada secara lisan atau bertulis. Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman berurusan dengan Kerajaan dan berpengalaman dalam menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran dalam persekitaran jualan, pemasaran, atau komersial akan diberikan keutamaan.
