Sales Admin / Merchandiser / Anime / Kota Damansara (REF : TYL)

Assist uploading new products available on B2B System for retailers to order.

Assist to keep track of due date of submission of orders and set reminders to sales team to collate retailer orders.

Assist to collate orders from retailers for products due for pre-order and check with sales team for any discrepancies or missing orders.

Assist to fill in Order Sheets or prepare PO for submission to suppliers on time.

Assist to allocate stock via B2B system to retailers when items arrive and can be shipped to retailers.

Being passionate about pop culture (especially Japanese Anime, Games and Comics) with special interest in Trading Card Games is a plus.

Requirements

• Be physically able to perform tasks specified in job scope.
• Be neat and tidy.
• Familiarity with use of a Laptop and e-commerce backend platforms.
• A positive personality with ability to work well in a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a plus.
