As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, you will be tasked with fostering strong relationships with both new prospects and existing accounts. Your success in this role will be greatly supported by your effective communication, negotiation skill & deal closure skill.
Job Responsibilities :
Sales
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand existing client portfolios.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new direct clients and agency partners.
- Collaborate with internal team, and external media owners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and achievement of campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and deliver innovative solutions.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Client Management
Lead proposal creation, negotiations and deliver impactful presentations to prospective and existing direct clients and agency partners.Serve as the primary point of contact for media agencies, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on business goals.Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention and recurring business opportunities.Job Requirements :
With sales experience of at least 4-6 years in any industry (media / advertising industry is preferred).Have a proven record in achieving financial targets.Excellence in client services & relationship building with stakeholders.Proficient in acquisition and deal closure.Excellent in Written and Spoken Language : English, Mandarin and / or Bahasa.Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Able to work effectively on a tight timeline (for urgent campaigns).Excellent Networking Skills (Ability to network with the government sector added bonus).Familiarity with influencer marketing is a plus point.Possessing your own transportation is a bonus.Job Location :
