Job Description
The Branch Operations Operator is responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility.
The Branch Operations Operator may also be responsible for building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and external parties at an appropriate level.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruction Management : Ensure all manual instructions are received via approved HRM channel, record and process HRM as per Key Operation Procedure, and delegate / send instructions to respective teams / departments.
- Reporting : Prepare and submit monthly reports, including MIS reports for GCIX, GSS, and MCD, and monthly AUC reports.
- Billing : Prepare transaction, portfolio fees, and OPE charges for invoices, and process receipt of invoice payments.
- Static Data Maintenance : Perform SECM creation and counterparty creation.
- Other Duties : Perform other duties / ad hoc projects assigned by management, update KOP to incorporate changes, and ensure completeness and control for billing processing and reconciliations.
