Overview
Position : Sales Admin
Status : Contract 3 months’ probation. Under PERSOL and will be absorbed under company if fit for the role.
Location : Menara Allianz Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
Company Background : Sewing Machine Manufacturer from Japan
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary : RM4000 - RM5000
Cut Off and Pay Out : end of month & every 7th on the next month.
Responsibilities
- Customer service : Addressing customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery information from China and Taiwan.
- Inventory management : Monitoring product stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse on inventory updates.
- Purchase order processing : Creating and processing Purchase orders to suppliers based on customer’s demand.
- Sales order processing : Creating and processing sales orders, ensuring accurate product details, quantities, and pricing.
Qualifications
At least diploma and above.3-5 years of experience as a Sales Admin.Efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.Clear and concise communication with customers, sales team, and other departments.Ensuring accuracy in data entry and document processing.Expertise in Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.Able to converse in Mandarin.#J-18808-Ljbffr
