Customer Service Executive (Fashion)

Job descriptionCandidate must have a good command of the English language and Mandarin (preferred) 5 days work week (might require to work on weekends or public holidays) Able to work in a team and actively communicate Work under stress as customers can be demanding at times
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via Email, Call and WhatsApp
- Respond to customer queries via Social media and Marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada
- Assist customers with Returns, Exchanges, Defects and Out of Stock orders
- Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing knowledgeable answers, product inquiries, order placement, feedback and complaints
- Follow up with ongoing issues until resolved in a timely manner by liaising between customers and internal / external parties
- Work closely and liaise with internal logistics and 3PL partners
- Assist in online order processing such as generating waybills
