Gogoprint, Asia Pacific’s leading online printing company, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to support and provide quality services to customers. You will join the customer service team which ensures the customers have a smooth journey with us.
This role supports 2 countries : Malaysia and Singapore, and involves passing leads to the sales team for high-volume or custom orders. Collaboration with other departments via our complaints dashboard ensures issues are understood and resolved effectively. You will identify recurrent issues and relay them for long-term solutions.
