Job descriptionGraduate in Diploma / Degree in Communication or another related field. A minimum of 1-year relevant experience, preferably service industry or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Computer literate. Customer-service oriented and able to maintain good customer relationship. A good telephone etiquette. Accuracy and attention to details. Cheerful and customer friendly Good sales ability / skill Able to work with animals cat / dog Fast and proactive Respectful with great working attitude Contract Type : Contract Job Type : Executive Experience Level : 1-3 years Job Categories : Customer Svc / Call Centre Language Required : English, Bahasa Malaysia Nationality Preferred : Malaysians Only All Genders Own Transport : Motorcycle Salary & Other benefits RM 2,000 to RM 2,300 per month Other Benefit (Optional) : Staff benefits – Epf, Socso, EIS & Corporate Medical Insurance up to RM50,000 / year; 10-day Annual Leaves, training & development; Education Sponsorship local & international courses; Annual company trip local & international; Annual increment; Performance basis appraisal & recognition.
Responsibilities
- Warm greetings and giving excellent customer service.
- Helping with customer registration, booking and purchases.
- To liaise and build rapport with customers.
- Call and follow up with clients for outstanding bills.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of lobby area, corridor, and concierge.
- Assist other team members when needed.
- Training new team when required.
- To support management and operations activities whenever needed.
- Upselling services and product
- Asking review from client
