Position : Commis 2 / 3

Location : Sunway Velocity

Role Overview :

As a Commis 2, you will work under the supervision of senior chefs to prepare ingredients, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. You'll play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team and ensuring food is prepared according to quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients as directed by the Chef de Partie or Senior Chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper storage procedures.
• Follow food hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support the kitchen team in other duties when required.

Requirements :

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
