Social Content Specialist, Influencer Marketing

Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and execute influencer-driven marketing campaigns for various brands under Media Prima Berhad. You’ll play a key role in identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators, ensuring seamless campaign execution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, XHS, YouTube and Facebook. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics to maximize campaign effectiveness. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring branded content to life in an authentic and impactful way.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and recruit influencers, KOLs, and content creators aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to content approvals and performance tracking.
• Develop campaign strategies that leverage influencers to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
• Coordinate content creation with influencers, ensuring brand messaging is authentic, engaging, and platform-optimized.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
