Position : Executive – Customer Support (Japanese Monolingual or Japanese / English Bilingual)
Job Scope :
Handle customer inquiries from clients using our services in Japan through phone calls and chat.
Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate and follow up on complex issues as necessary.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and issues.
Requirements :
Proficiency in Japanese (monolingual) or Japanese and English (bilingual).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
Working Hours : 24-hour rotational shift with 2 days off
Work Location : Ara Damansara office (onsite only)
