Job descriptionDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align sales efforts. Create detailed sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Skills & experiences requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years & above of successful sales experience in automation, manufacturing technology, or related technical fields.
- The ability to speak in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing accounts.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
