Finance&Admin Executive

Overview

Typical responsibilities of the job include :

• Finance Exec : Supply administrative support to accountants by performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping.
• Sending and paying invoices, chasing late payments and reconciling company accounts.
• Support all internal and external Finance related inquiries or requests.
• Produce and submit reports on daily task activity.
• Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
• Organizes work
• Ad hoc task assigned by the Company
• Finance Asst : Data entry, processing, and recording transactions
• Updating the ledger
• Assisting with audits or fact-checking,
• Preparing budgets and reports with good bookkeeping skills.

• Updating & maintaining debtor and creditor aging, invoicing, receipts, etc
• Ad hoc task assigned by the Company

• The ability to use standard software packages (eg Microsoft Office) and to learn bespoke packages if required.
