Overview
The Finance Manager will play a key leadership role in driving the implementation and compliance of Malaysia’s E-Invoicing framework across the Group. This position requires strong technical expertise in finance operations, system integration, and tax compliance, as well as proven leadership in managing process transformation. The incumbent will ensure that the Group’s invoicing, reporting, and financial processes fully align with IRBM’s (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia) requirements and support the broader goals of efficiency and digitalization.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the E-Invoicing system in line with IRBM guidelines and deadlines.
Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Drive digital transformation initiatives within the Finance Department.
Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, etc.) preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in E-Invoicing system implementation or ERP finance module rollout (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong understanding of IRBM compliance , SST , and other Malaysian financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
