Love to build – whether it’s new processes, sourcing strategies, or hiring dashboards. Take full ownership – from outreach to offer stage, you run a tight, transparent hiring process. Bring a strong bias for action – you move fast, but always with thought and care. 3-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or tech / startup environment. Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates across a variety of functions and seniority levels. Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfort working in a flat, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment. A problem-solving mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a sense of ownership. Fresh grad are welcome. Experience hiring for tech, AI, or digital product roles. Exposure to international recruitment and / or regional hiring across ASEAN. Familiarity with behavioral and situational interviewing techniques. Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing. Understanding of startup / scale-up hiring challenges. Above-market remuneration. Fast-track career growth & exposure. What You’ll Do
- Be the gatekeeper of talent quality – reviewing CVs, profiles, and portfolios to identify high-potential candidates who align with our team’s culture and values.
- Source actively and creatively using job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, events, and beyond.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, screening criteria, and interview plans.
- Conduct insightful phone screens and first-stage interviews that go beyond surface-level answers.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience – timely updates, honest communication, and human connection.
- Track and optimize hiring pipelines using modern tools and structured processes.
- Stay on top of hiring trends, market movements, and competitor benchmarks.
