Job descriptionClient Focus : Active involvement in account management with a focus on developing existing client relationship and new relationships. Comply : With operational scope, and managing budgets, timeline and quality per the project requirements. Manage : Research Teams with data management and data analysis Expertise : Preparation of core deliverables using Research Team platforms, techniques and technologies. Analysis according to client’s requirements or objectives and writing commentary to draw out the key learnings and provide recommendations. People : Provide project guidance, support and coaching to junior team members. Adherence to company Rules and Regulation : Communicate effectively and implement strictly all established rules and regulations. Graduates or degree holders in Statistics, Communication Research, Social Science or related studies. At least 6 year(s) of strong Market Research Experience and good application of knowledge Solid experience in questionnaire design, table specifications and project management Adapt knowledge in sampling methodologies and designs Understand and use statistical analysis Excellent written and verbal communications Able to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines Able to work effectively in a team and independently Proactive and self-initiating interest in matters pertaining to the industry Strong leadership, mentorship and team builder abilities Team player
