Overview
We are seeking a data-driven SEM specialist to optimize our Google search campaigns. The objective is to grow conversion value, and you have free reign of focusing on Google's ecosystems or to onboard new DSPs; you will be supported by a dedicated creative team and an analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Develop compelling ad copy and creatives in collaboration with design / content teams.
- Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and quality score.
- Perform A / B testing across different campaigns to improve performance.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Data Studio.
- Collaborate with SEO, content marketing, and social media teams to ensure alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEM, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Manage campaign budgets and forecasting, ensuring cost-effective ad spend.
- Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

2+ years of experience in creating performant SEM campaignsProficiency with SEMRush and marketing analyticsExperience in cohort analysis and life-cycle marketing in digital productsWorking knowledge of tracking implementationA playbook in performant landing pagesExcellent communicator in English and Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders
