JOB OBJECTIVES :
Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI. Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis to ensure performance and ROI. Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools. Efficiently manage relationships with internal stakeholders and partners for marketing activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Exhibit financial acumen by managing allocated budgets with clear trackable deliverables and performance measurements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
- Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
- Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
- Manage Paid Social including launching, monitoring, optimization and results reporting.
- Responsible for the end-to-end creation and analysis of acquisition funnels across a variety of digital channels, working with cross-functional teams to support the core team.
- Use agile testing (A / B, multivariate) to step change toward improved results over time.
- Identify opportunity as well as areas for growth and improvement.
- Work closely with other digital marketing / campaigns members to ensure that media is aligned to business objectives.
- Planning, executing and managing digital marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, driving traffic, and increasing engagement and conversion.
- Manage & well versed with all campaigns model : CPA, CPI, CPC, CPM, CPL and etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing / Advertising or equivalent field.In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns & proficient in social media digital marketing and the tools associated to this.Skillful in Lead Generation (both MQL & SQL) and proven on ROI.Able to read and write in Mandarin.Expert in customer acquisition methodologies including optimizing cost per acquisition, retention, and lifetime value metricsAnalytical and meticulous, high competency with Social Media analytic tools and a good head for numbers and working with large data to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.Job Type : Full-time
