Sales Business Analyst
to join our team. This role analyzes sales performance data and drives process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and revenue outcomes. Responsibilities
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness using CRM and BI tools Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather and interpret business requirements Support the planning and execution of sales enablement programs across APAC Evaluate sales processes and recommend automation or improvements for better output and alignment Work closely with data teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for decision-making Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic sales planning Monitor performance against targets and assist with quarterly business reviews Qualifications
MBA or B.Tech / Engineering in any discipline is required 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Sales Operations Analyst role, preferably in a B2B or tech-driven environment Ability to translate complex data into simple insights and business actions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate with stakeholders Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix environment Experience working with regional APAC markets is a plus What We Offer
