Overview
We are seeking a strategic Sales Business Analyst to join our team at Denave Malaysia. This individual will play a critical role in analysing sales performance data and driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness using CRM and BI tools
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather and interpret business requirements
- Support the planning and execution of sales enablement programs across APAC.
- Evaluate sales processes and recommend automation or improvements for better output and alignment.
- Work closely with data teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic sales planning.
- Monitor performance against targets and assist with quarterly business reviews.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Sales Operations Analyst role, preferably in a B2B sales process environment.Ability to translate complex data into simple insights and business actionsMBA or Graduate in any discipline is requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate with stakeholderAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix environment.Experience working with regional APAC markets is a plus.What We Offer
