The Opportunity :

We are seeking ambitious and driven fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Program. This structured program is designed to develop future leaders in Sales, E-commerce, and Brand Management. You will undergo comprehensive training, hands-on projects, and mentorship from senior leaders to build the skills and mindset required to lead a business function.

• Participate in a structured rotation program across Sales, E-commerce, and Brand departments.
• Attend workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.
• Learn and apply business fundamentals including market analysis, customer engagement, and brand strategy.
