Job Responsibilities
Promote company products to dealers, build dealer networks, and increase market share. Establish and maintain close relationships with existing and potential customers in the tire trading industry. Conduct regular dealer visits to gather market intelligence, analyze market needs, and support marketing coordination. Identify customer needs by providing quality services and effective sales support to dealers. Assess local distribution channels, monitor competition, and evaluate market potential, developing corrective action plans to achieve business objectives. Prepare and submit all required reports to the Manager. Ensure all customer-related information is properly collected and communicated within the organization to support customer satisfaction. Share best practices, constructive ideas, and market feedback to improve business performance. Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in any field, or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong analytical skills; dynamic, energetic, disciplined, and well-organized. Independent, proactive, self-motivated, with good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong selling skills with the ability to work within structured sales methods. Willingness to travel extensively. Able to cooperate effectively with back-office staff.
