Management Trainee (Sales) – Kimberly-Clark Malaysia offers a development program to shape future leaders in a leading FMCG company. The program is designed to develop young, driven talents into future leaders who will shape the direction of our business. Over the course of 1–2 years, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll be challenged to grow, lead, and innovate. Are you ready to take the first step towards a high-impact career with one of the leading FMCG companies in Malaysia? The Kimberly-Clark Malaysia Management Trainee Program is to develop young, driven talents into future leaders who will shape the direction of our business.

Experience : During the program you’ll undertake challenging and impactful projects and portfolios within the Sales Function (Offline and Online channels). Education : You’ll develop professional and soft skills through structured on-the-job training and coaching. Exposure : You’ll receive mentorship from senior leaders and connect with peers who share a passion for the FMCG industry.

Who Are We Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree on-track to a minimum of 2nd class upper honours
  • Fresh graduate, or those with maximum 1 year of working experience
  • Active and track record of non-academic co-curricular activities
  • Clear career orientation
  • Good vision and leadership potential
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English
