About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Sales & Marketing executive to join AGENSI PERKERJAAN HARAPAN MAJU SDN BHD as a Sales & Marketing executive for Foreign Worker and Maid Agency. Based in Jelutong, Penang, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain customers for foreign worker and maid agency services.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements for foreign worker and maid services
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s agency services
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to raise the company's profile and identify new business opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance to the management team
