Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in IT, software, or digital agency), or other related sales experience. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Strong understanding of web systems, mobile apps, and digital marketing concepts. Skilled in lead generation, client pitching, and proposal writing. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with strong follow-up discipline and problem-solving ability. Working Hour : Mon-Fri, 9am – 6pm (5 working days) Salary Package : Basic Salary + High Commission EPF, SOCSO, PCB Contributions Travel Allowance Annual Leave Entitlement Medical Leave and Benefits Dental & Optical Claims Training & Development Program (for Sales & Marketing) Employee Performance Appraisal Company Trip and Team Building Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Marketing Industries : IT Services and IT Consulting

Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and propose digital marketing solutions, customized web, mobile apps.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through advertising, cold calling, LinkedIn / email outreach, and networking.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting and qualification to proposal and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to each client.
- Work closely with internal teams (project, technical, marketing) to ensure client expectations align with deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
