Job descriptionMinimum qualification : Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology , Business Administration / Management , Finance / Accountancy / Banking , Marketing , or related fields. Languages : Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an added advantage. Experience : At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Skills : Computer literacy and strong customer service orientation. Preferably ex-bankers or executives with relevant industry experience.
Handle daily branch operations, administration, and internal control functions.
Manage company compliance affairs and support IT operations, ensuring continuous improvement in meeting regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and support branch operational efficiency.
