Note : Walk in interview start 17 / 9 / 2025, 10am-4pm
Handle walk-in customer
Handle customer inquiries.
Handle receptionist duties.
Call or receive a call and reply e-mail to the customer regarding stocks status, delivery, payment.
Prepare documents such as Packing list, Invoices,
Delivery Order and Consignment Note for courier service
Record down all the Invoice Number in the notebook manually before sending to the store for delivery.
Record down all the Invoice Number on the Driver record book ,for daily deliverly .
Key in remarks on Sale order such as delivery status, stock status, asking for payment and e-mail to customer.
Key in remarks on Invoices such as items deliver by which driver, forwarder, Courier Company and consignment note number, Date of Delivery , cheque or cash received.
Age 20-30 is preferable
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
