Senior Executive, Account Management (Beauty)
ZALORA Group Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia We are looking for an Account Management Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to develop ZALORA’s Beauty category. The primary focus in this role is to drive the overall growth of our key brands and sellers in Zalora. This is a unique, exciting opportunity to make things happen and create impact in ZALORA. Responsibilities : Managing key sellers to drive long-term and short-term business goals while aligning with branding image. To establish strong relationships by being the go-to person to support their business needs. Liaise with sellers on campaign objectives and work closely with internal teams to incorporate sellers promotions into ZALORA’s marketing calendar and ensure smooth execution Monitor and drive growth of the assigned sellers : create and execute a strategic plan that delivers on business opportunities both for ZALORA and the seller with accurate forecasting and internal performance tracking Create and execute on initiatives that deliver on business opportunities both for ZALORA and the seller online and offline Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brands performance to senior management Work with the sellers / internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact customer experience Constantly review seller’s catalog to ensure the content meets ZALORA guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to fix the issues for an improved customer experience Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, finance, analytics or related fields with 2-4 years of experience.
