Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and organize training programs for general insurance professionals, including communication, administration, procurement, compliance, and logistics.
- Handle inquiries from distribution channels & general insurance professionals regarding training programs.
- Administer external training programs and handle related certification inquiries.
- Maintain and update training records timely.
- Assist in processing payments / reimbursements to vendors.
- Evaluate and gather feedback on training programs to assess effectiveness.
- Research best practices and explore tools and technology to enhance learning engagement.
- Support project development, maintain documentation, and ensure successful achievement of business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.Additional industry certifications are a plus.Minimum 2 years’ experience in a learning & development role.Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong team player.Knowledge in HRDC is an advantage.Additional Information
