Operation Clerk

LOCATION : No. 67, Tingkat 1, Jalan Selat, Taman Selat, 12000 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare export and import documentation.
• Liaise with customers regarding export and import shipments.
• Open job numbers / files and maintain records.
• Prepare and verify customs documentation before submitting it to customers.
• Ensure proper documentation for filing and billing purposes.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality System and procedures in daily tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Billing, and other Operations branches.
• Collect third-party bills to support invoicing documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

Only shortlisted candidate will be call for screening and interview.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
